Tips For The Inside Of Your Home
1) Keep trash cans emptied.
2) Keep pet boxes clean and fresh.
3) Open blinds to let light in.
4) Turn lights on throughout the home for showings.
5) Organize clutter (toys, magazines, newspapers etc.).
6) Clean carpets.
7) Keep furniture dusted and mirrors cleaned.

In The Kitchen
Counter Tops And Sinks Are The First Thing Buyers Look At

1) Keep counter tops clear of clutter and items that can be stored in a cabinet. This will make the kitchen appear larger!
2) Keep all dishes washed and put away.
3) Clean appliances.
4) To make the room look larger, remove any extensions from tables if not needed.
5) Store food items out-of-sight.
6) Clean around faucet for rust and deposits. If necessary, use a rust cleaner and an old toothbrush.
7) Keep sink clean.
8) We recommend the use of Old English on wood cabinets to diminish scratches and help them look new again.

Other Ideas We Suggest
1) A good spring cleaning.
2) Check for cobwebs.
3) Clean light fixtures.
4) Clean light switch plates.
5) Use Old English for marks and scratches on cabinets and wood work.
6) Wipe down wood work.
7) Paint rooms if needed, or touch up, if possible.
8) Remove posters that can clutter and make rooms appear smaller.
